A digital marketing agency where the creative is the strategy.

Targeting is mostly automated now. What still moves a campaign is the ad itself — and the brands winning on Meta and YouTube in India are running creator-shot content, not studio films. We produce that content at volume and put spend behind whatever works.

Creative is the last lever you control

A decade ago a media buyer earned their fee on targeting. Today the ad platforms have absorbed most of those decisions — you hand Meta a broad audience and it finds the buyers itself. What is left in your hands is the offer and the creative, and on a broad audience the creative effectively becomes the targeting: the person the ad speaks to is the person the algorithm goes looking for.

Which makes ad production a supply problem. Testing properly means thirty genuinely different concepts a month, not three films and a colour variant. That is expensive from a studio and routine from a creator network — the same network behind our influencer campaigns.

What we run — and what we don't

We are a specialist, not a full-service shop. Our work sits on the axis where creator content meets paid distribution:

  • UGC ad creative — a rolling supply of hooks, angles and edits from vetted creators. See UGC content creation.
  • Paid social — Meta and YouTube campaign structure, testing framework, budget pacing and scaling decisions.
  • Landing pages — the page the click lands on, written to match the ad rather than the homepage.
  • Tracking and attribution — per-creator and per-creative links and codes, pixel and event setup, honest reporting.
  • Organic distribution — the brand account that catches the demand. See social media marketing.

What we do not do: rebuild your website, run enterprise SEO programmes, or take a retainer for a channel we are not the best team for. If search is your main growth channel, a specialist search agency will beat us and we will say so on the first call.

The loop we run

1. Angles before assets

We start from reasons to buy — price, speed, ingredient, occasion, objection, comparison — and write one concept per angle. Ten angles beat ten edits of one angle, because a failed angle teaches you something about the market and a failed edit teaches you nothing.

2. Produce from the network

Creators matched to the audience shoot each concept in their own voice. Cheaper per asset than a studio, faster to turn around, and it looks like the feed it will appear in.

3. Test with enough budget to learn

Each concept gets enough spend to produce a readable result. Splitting a small budget across a dozen creatives produces a dozen inconclusive numbers, which is the most common way Indian brands waste their first performance budget.

4. Scale the winners, cut the rest

Winners get more budget and more variants of the same angle; losers are cut without sentiment. Every result feeds back into the matching engine, so the next round starts from creators and angles that already worked for you.

Honest measurement

Attribution on social is imperfect. Platform-reported conversions overstate, last-click understates, and any agency claiming precise credit for every sale is selling you a story. We report platform numbers, trackable link and code performance, and your own revenue movement side by side — then draw conclusions from where they agree.

You will get one page a month: what ran, what it cost, what came back, and the two or three decisions worth making. Engagement models run from a single campaign to a full-funnel partnership.

Who this works for

D2C brands with a product people can be shown rather than explained; app and service businesses where a creator demo shortens the pitch; local and multi-city businesses that need city and language variants of the same campaign. If your sale needs a six-month enterprise cycle, we are the wrong agency and will tell you so.

(01) — Scope

The pieces we own.

A short list, run properly, beats a long list of channels nobody is watching.

A

Creative strategy

Angles, hooks and offers mapped to real objections. The document that makes every later asset cheaper to brief.

B

UGC production

A rolling supply of creator-shot ads, licensed for paid use, briefed from the angles that are still untested.

C

Paid social buying

Campaign structure, testing budgets, pacing and scaling on Meta and YouTube — with the reasoning written down.

D

Landing pages

A page that continues the ad's promise instead of dumping traffic on a homepage that answers a different question.

E

Tracking setup

Pixels, events, UTMs, per-creator codes. Boring, skipped by most, and the reason reporting is trustworthy later.

F

Performance reporting

Spend, return and next decisions in plain numbers — with the uncertainty stated rather than hidden.

(02) — FAQ

Digital marketing, answered.

What kind of digital marketing agency is Sanero?

A creator-led one. We are not a full-service shop that will also rebuild your ERP — our work runs along the axis where creator content meets paid distribution: ad creative from vetted creators, paid social on Meta and YouTube, the landing page that receives the click, and the tracking that tells you what the spend returned.

Why does creative matter more than targeting now?

Ad platforms have absorbed most of the targeting decisions into their own algorithms. What you still control is the creative and the offer, and on a broad audience the creative is what determines who the algorithm finds. This is why an agency with a creator network has an advantage: producing thirty genuinely different ad concepts a month is a supply problem before it is a media-buying one.

Do you do SEO and Google Ads too?

Our core is creator content and paid social. We will happily set up search campaigns that capture demand our social work creates, and advise on the on-site basics, but if search is the main channel you need, a specialist search agency will serve you better than we will. We would rather say that up front than take the retainer.

How do you measure results?

Trackable links and codes per creator and per creative, platform reporting for reach and watch-through, and your own analytics for the outcomes that matter — signups, orders, revenue. Attribution on social is imperfect and we say so rather than claiming credit for every sale; we look at spend against total revenue movement alongside platform-reported conversions.

What is a realistic budget to start?

Enough to produce several distinct creatives and give each one a fair test — a handful of assets and a media budget that can run them for a few weeks. Splitting a small budget across a dozen concepts teaches you nothing. Tell us the number you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is enough to learn from.
